OUR ARISE AGENDA WILL TAKE NSIT ATAI FORWARD IN ALL SECTORS OF DEV. -UMO ENO

The Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno has stated his commitment in ensuring that Nsit Atai’s agricultural revolution and infrastructural maintenance which is already captured in the Arise Agenda is met come 2023.

Addressing his teaming supporters in a campaign rally in Nsit Atai, Umo Eno noted that Nsit Atai was already in the scheme of things seeing to the cultural revolution in the area, intimating them of his administration plans to liaise with local government committees to birth development in the market, road and educational sectors.

“We have done some need assessment in Nsit Atai and everything Nsit Atai needs is in our Arise agenda. We will open up businesses in Nsit Atai “

“The “R”in our Arise Agenda stands for Rural development and one of the projects we will develop is the market for our women”

Speaking on behalf of the Governor, Her Excellency, Dr. Martha Udom Emmanuel, while presenting the Governorship candidate, Pst. Umo Eno to the people of Nsit Atai noted that he is a man of unquestionable character who will build on the developmental strides of Governor Udom Emmanuel and birth new business ventures in Akwa Ibom seeing to his experience in the business sector.

Also speaking, Akwa Ibom State Deputy Governor, Mr Moses Ekpo, called on women to take advantage of the gender friendly Party, PDP and canvassed votes for the party come 2023 as the women are fully represented.

Presenting the party’s flag and also welcoming decampees from the APC, the State Chairman of PDP, Rt.Hon (Elder) Aniekan Akpan thanked the people of Nsit Atai for their continued support for PDP and reminded them to vote PDP come 2023 as a vote for PDP is a vote for all. Receiving decampees, he commended Engr. Ubong on behalf of the decampees for taking the bold step of returning to PDP and promised them full integration in everything the party does.

“As a Party, we are happy that the People of Nsit Atai have always chosen the PDP and we are sure that 2023 will not be different. On our part, we will continue to make sure that we impress on our candidates to return this patriotic action of the People by delivering on all the promises that they made to the people. From 2023, all our candidates, beginning from Pastor Umo Eno will provide People-centric leadership to the people” Akwa Ibom PDP Helmsman maintained.

Responding on behalf of the decampees, Engr. Ubong thanked the leadership of PDP for opening their doors to receive them back into the party and promised to join hands with the party chairman to ensure victory for PDP come 2023.
